This Privacy Policy explains how MB Janus Digital ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use My Horoscope inside ChatGPT, visit myhoroscope.app, or contact us about the app.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
the My Horoscope app inside ChatGPT;
the website and related pages we operate for the app, including myhoroscope.app; and
support, feedback, and other communications you send to us.
This Policy does not apply to third-party services we do not control, including OpenAI's ChatGPT product, third-party OAuth providers, payment providers, or other third-party services. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy.
Information we process
a) Astrology inputs
Birth details and related information you submit for astrology features, such as birth date, birth time, birth location, and any other details needed to generate natal charts, transit charts, or horoscope content.
b) Astrology results and preference data
Generated daily horoscopes, natal chart interpretations, transit chart interpretations, saved preferences, onboarding answers, selected astrology interests, and other settings or content associated with your use of the app.
c) Widget-only operational data
Internal record IDs, chart references, and related technical data needed to render the app UI and let you view, refresh, save, or remove astrology-related content.
d) Technical and security data
Request timestamps, IP address, user agent, server logs, and similar diagnostic metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
e) Support and communications
Information you include when you contact us for support, send feedback, or report an issue.
f) Website usage data
If you visit our website, we may collect standard website usage information such as browser type, pages viewed, referral information, timestamps, and similar analytics or operational data.
How we use information
We use information to:
process your birth details and other astrology inputs to generate daily horoscopes, natal charts, transit charts, and related interpretations;
save, update, and delete preferences, saved astrology content, and related in-app activity when you ask the app to do so;
personalize your astrology experience, app content, and in-app recommendations;
operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
detect abuse, prevent misuse, and maintain reliability and security; and
respond to support requests, feedback, and communications.
How we share information
We may share information:
with OpenAI, because the app runs inside ChatGPT and tool inputs and visible tool outputs are processed through the ChatGPT platform;
with our hosting, database, logging, infrastructure, and similar service providers, strictly as needed to run the service;
with model-processing providers used by the app to generate horoscope content, chart interpretations, and related astrology outputs;
when required for legal compliance or to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data minimization
We aim to keep model-visible tool outputs limited to the data needed to answer your request.
Birth details and other astrology-related inputs may still be sent to models or supporting services when needed to generate horoscope content, natal charts, transit charts, or related interpretations. The minimization step here is narrower: internal record IDs, chart references, and other technical data used only for rendering or follow-up widget actions are not echoed back in model-visible tool results, and are instead delivered only to the widget when needed.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Items you remove in the app are deleted from the active product view, though limited backups or logs may persist for a short operational period.
Security and diagnostic logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for monitoring, abuse prevention, and incident response.
Support communications may be retained as needed to respond to your request and improve support.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional astrology-related details.
You can use the in-app controls to remove saved content or change your preferences.
You can contact us if you want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
The Site and app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
